We had a sudden issue with our heat on the coldest day of the year and never expected to be able to address the problem quickly, knowing how busy it must be for companies in this business. Classic took care of us right away, assessed the issue, and addressed it within less than 24 hours. Jeremy was great, as was the office staff that coordinated everything.
