Garrett was great-he discovered the issue was not the control board but a bad thermostat. Since we were adding Nests thermostats every thing worked perfectly! Garrett was so personable, knowledgeable, professional and friendly! He performed out semi-annual service as well. I am extremely satisfied with his service. The folks who contacted on the phone were also very helpful!

Taylor and Cory were great! Super quick approx 2 hours for our inside and outside unit replacements. Everything is working great and the company is honest and doesn't try to push you into anything. Very happy!
