Daniel was very helpful in explaining what the problems were. We walked me through what he was doing and why he was doing it. He found and fixed the problem extremely fast. We called Classic Heating and Air at 6PM on a Saturday evening. Seth called us right back, told us he'd be there between 8 and 8:30. He called five minutes out and arrived at 8:25 p.m. The problem was diagnosed and repaired and Seth stayed around to make sure the temp in the house dropped. We have not had a bit to trouble since. Excellent service and thorough explanation. We have found our new HVAC team.
