Seasonal Promotion

Edwin and Javier did a great job on my install today! They were very organized, timely, and carefully explained the process to me. They had the outdoor unit unloaded right away and worked efficiently.

Camden did an amazing job! He has excellent communication. He prepared us for his arrival with plenty of advance notice and had impeccable timing. He was thorough and patient in explaining the issues and fixes necessary to get us up and running again. He’s also very good with kids and pets (my dog is usually quite afraid of tall men but she was friendly with Camden the moment we opened the door!). We are so happy he was available on a weekend and definitely would recommend him to anyone!

Our AC went out late Wednesday/early Thursday. After a friend recommended Harlan Johnson, I called 9 am had an excellent AI generated conversation!!! 20 minutes later, received a callback and scheduled arrival between 12-2. We received text updates as well as photos of service people. Donald arrived at 2:05pm. He evaluated issue, explained in detail all that was not functional ( system was 16 years old). We needed new unit and air ducts. He offered fair pricing AND scheduled installation for Friday am. They arrived at 7:35, completed everything, and had air running cold by 4pm. Camden was excellent! He was very knowledgeable and really took the time to explain everything to us in detail. He was also very thorough in checking both our systems. Camden had a great personality and very friendly. Highly recommend!
